DON Creations shall have right and may retain all the data mentioned in this Audition Form including all other additional information along with pictures, photos, video recordings submitted now or created by DON Creations in future retaining in Actors, Data Base, absolute and exclusive use for the DON Creations, its Joint Venture Partners, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Program Partners, Co-Producers, Line Producers in Promotion.

The undersigned Actor authorizes DON Creations all the data mentioned in this Audition Form including all other additional information along with pictures, photos, video recordings submitted now or created by DON Creations in future to use in awareness creation or conducting contests offering general public options to select their own stars of the motion pictures through voting or by any other option through print media, broadcast media, Internet, fixed, satellite, mobile, or cell phones, billboards, booklets, handouts, web / internet pop outs, short message services (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), internet and mobile games and the actor hereby agrees to participate in any such contest of offering general public options to select their own stars of the motion pictures.

Further, the actor agrees and shall not demand, claim rights over any intellectual property , royalty or money or seek damages of any kind from the DON Creations for use of all or any data mentioned in this Audition Form including all other additional information along with pictures, photos, video recordings submitted now or may be created by the DON Creations in future to use it in awareness creation or conducting contests offering general public options to select their own stars of the motion pictures through voting or by any other option through print media, broadcast media, TV Programs, Internet, fixed, satellite, mobile, or cell phones, billboards, booklets, handouts, web / internet pop outs, short message services (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), internet and mobile games.
